What data we collect on this website, what we use it for and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we process
- “Let’s talk” form: full name, work email, company, job title and phone number (the last two are optional), and whatever you tell us in your message.
- Local business network form: name, phone number, business name, sector, city and the POS system you use.
- Technical data: like any web server, ours logs the IP address, date and time, page requested and browser used.
We do not ask for special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.). Please do not include them in your messages.
What we use it for
- To reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare the meeting and a proposal for your company.
- For the local business network, to assess your business and propose partnerships with brands that suit it.
- Technical data, to keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles from your data, and we will not send you marketing communications without your consent.
Legal basis
- Forms: your consent when you submit them (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Technical data: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
How long we keep it
For as long as necessary to deal with your request. If no business relationship follows, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact. If one does, we keep it for the duration of the relationship and then, blocked, for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Technical logs are deleted automatically within 30 days at most.
Who we share it with
We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, processes data on our behalf as a data processor, on servers located in the European Union.
If we propose a partnership with another company, we will share with it only the data needed, and always with your prior agreement.
International transfers
Your data is hosted in the European Union. Our hosting provider belongs to a US group; any access from outside the European Economic Area is covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability through our contact form or by post to the address above, providing proof of identity.
If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence in the EU.
Security
All traffic to and from the website is encrypted (HTTPS), and access to data is restricted to the people who need to process it to deal with your request.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
